The Rotary Club of Siliguri Midtown, under RI District 3240, hosted the Nation Builder Award Ceremony on 7th Sept 2025 at The Yellow Chilli, Siliguri, honoring teachers for their dedication to education under the year’s theme “Unite for Good.” The event recognized 9 outstanding educators from Siliguri and Kishanganj, including Dr. Vandana Gupta, Mrs. Jayati Das, Mrs. Swati Majumdar, Mrs. Nilam Gazmer, Mrs. Atashi Roy Dasgupta, Mrs. Supriya Paul, Ms. Supriya Roy, Mr. Bipin Gupta, and special invitee Mrs. Nidhi Choudhary, a President’s Award recipient. Each teacher received a memento, certificate, and heartfelt applause. Awardees shared inspiring stories, leaving a deep impact on attendees. Led by Project Chairs Rtn. J.K. Subbiah and Rtn. Sunil Thakur, the event strengthened Rotary’s commitment to literacy and community service. Highlights were documented for club records, social media, and the district bulletin.
