A group of young men decided in 1989 to form a Club under the banner of Rotary Club of Siliguri Midtown and successfully the Charter was signed on 23rd May 1990 under making Rtn. R.P. Gupta as its president and Secretary being Rtn, Salil Mukherjee still an active member and received by us on 11th December 1990 being one on the Clubs from the undivided District 329. Currently completing 35 years successfully. The organisation has built many great leaders who went ahead and served the District in many capacities and hosted many successful District Programs and Projects. We have 3 Happy Schools, adopted a Village at Kawakhali, running many Drinking Water Projects. Built Toilets for Girls in Schools, installed water systems, donated Hearse Van, running Food Distribution Vans as permanent projects and keep on doing many small projects for the under-privileged. We are active during the COVID serving the poor with food, medicines and urgent required items. Currently we are 52 active members lead by Rtn. Sanjay Goyal as President and Rtn. Dr. Nikhil Agarwal as Secretary and we hope and are sure that the year 2025-2026 will be a blast
