Rotary Club of Siliguri Midtown held its first fornightly meeting for August at Hotel Surya Grand on Friday 22nd of August 2025. President Rtn. Sanjay Goyal called the meeting to order. National Anthem was followed by confirmation of previous minutes by Secretary Rtn Dr Nikhil Agrawal. Completed projects appreciated included Chhatra Samman, Hepatitis Day, Mirik outing, Independence Day, Aahar Seva, and Dental Camp. Upcoming events discussed: Water Filter Inauguration (24 Aug), Rotary Awards (23 Aug), District Conference, Teacher’s Day Program, and Club T-Shirt initiative (sponsored by President). Membership of Mr. R.K. Kejriwal and Mr. K.K. Goyal approved. Dr. Rekha Khandelwals application was declined. DG visit prep pending date confirmation. Meeting concluded with thanks, fellowship & dinner.
