The Siliguri Municipal Corporation announces a cultural programme on Sunday, 22 February 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Dinabandhu Mancha, Siliguri, to mark the completion of the Corporation’s fourth year of service. The event will feature a performance by renowned flautist Shri Soumyajyoti Ghosh with his ensemble. Eminent citizens of Siliguri who have rendered notable service or achieved distinction in various fields will be felicitated. A comprehensive performance report highlighting the Corporation’s work and commitment to public service over the past four years will be formally released. The Annual General Meeting for the year 2026 will also be held during the programme. To commemorate the Platinum Jubilee of the Corporation, the souvenir “Siliguri Mahakuma Smarak Grantha” will be unveiled. Citizens are invited to attend, participate, and share valuable suggestions for improving public services.
